Masterclass: How to Build Your Team

In this session Jess Larson of Beam Berlin will discuss the fundamentals of building a team from the ground up, from the founders, the first hires, all the way to growing and evolving them into a high performing and productive team. She will also give an overview of the current talent market, and how to attract good talent as a small player in the ecosystem. 

Jess Larsen is Head of People at Beam, a company builder of startups in the Logistics industry based in Berlin. She is a coach to entrepreneurs in Beam's Entrepreneur in Residence program and leader of Beam's people practices and strategy. She also acts as a consultant to Beam's active launched startups, advising them on how to accelerate their business strategy through better people practices.
